Please note that this feature is only available in the browser version and NOT in the Mindvalley app.

Here are the steps:

  1. Go to your Profile picture, click on My Account.

  2. Click on the Billing Section of your Mindvalley Account. 

  3. Click on "Cancel Subscription" under Status.



It will ask you to confirm the cancellation, Click on "Yes, continue to cancel" as shown below.




Once done, you will see the status of your subscription in red as "Inactive". You won’t be charged for future renewals.

Please keep in mind that cancelling your subscription does NOT imply a refund. It means that the auto-renewal has been cancelled and you will not be charged for the next renewal. You will continue to have access to your programs until the end of your current billing period. Click here to learn more about our Refund policies.

If you signed up on the Mindvalley app, your payment is handled directly by Apple Store or Google Play store. Uninstalling the Mindvalley App will NOT cancel your subscription. It will still have to be cancelled on the Apple Store or Google Play Store. Please follow the guide in this article.

Resubscribing to a canceled subscription

If your subscription has been canceled and you wish to resubscribe, you would need to purchase the subscription again.

1. Can I pause a subscription?

You cannot pause a subscription. You will need to cancel your subscription and repurchase it when you are ready*.

2. My purchase is not reflecting on my billing section, Why is that?

If you've purchased the subscription through the Mindvalley app, the payment and billing are handled directly by your app store. You may cancel the auto-renew of your subscription through your Google Play Store or Apple Store.

Otherwise, it's possible this was purchased under a different/typo email address. In this case, please contact our support team by clicking on the chat icon at the bottom right corner of this page. Then, please share the following details:

  • Your full name

  • Last 4 digits of credit card number OR PayPal email address

  • Order number/Invoice number if available

  • Any relevant screenshots of receipts for your purchase

With these details, our team will be able to trace your purchase for you.

3. I can't find my billing on the Mindvalley app, Where can I access it?

The billing section is not available on the Mindvalley app yet, but we're working on it!

You would need to access through the Mindvalley website. Please click on this link for direct access to your billing section.

4. I canceled my subscription but have not received a refund. When will I get this?

Canceling your subscription does Not mean a refund. This merely means the auto-renew is canceled and you will not be automatically charged for the next billing period. You will still have access to your programs until the end of your current billing period.
