If you are within the refund policy period, you can now do a Self Refund via your Mindvalley Account. You can follow these easy steps from this article on How to Refund your Program or Subscription.

Keep in mind, if you are eligible for a refund it should take between 3-5 business days for the money to reflect your bank account. If you do not see the amount by that time, please contact your bank to check for the status of this.

In some instances, it may take up to 7-10 business days but we will make sure you receive your refund as early as possible.

Please note that for the physical packages, we require that you first send the package back to us before we process your refund (read more on returning physical packages here).

Did you pay with PayPal?

Please head over to PayPal and check if the amount has arrived in your PayPal account. If this is not the case, take a look at your pending payments. At times, PayPal requires you to claim the amount transferred to you, in which case you will need to click on the link in the email you have received from PayPal.
