Here’s a little guide for you about your Mindvalley orders:

On your Mindvalley Account

Once you login to your Mindvalley Account, just select My Profile from the top-right bar and click on the Billing Section. You should see all your past purchases listed here that you made with the email ID you have used to log in. In case you are missing something, you might have used another email address and so you will need to log in again with the correct one.

In your inbox

After your initial payment has gone through for the program, we will send you a confirmation via email with the subject line "Your Mindvalley Login Details". Check your relevant inbox and you should find your order details!

Need some help?

If you can see the confirmation of your purchase in your bank statement but nothing shows up either under your Mindvalley Account nor your inbox, then it’s time we have a chat.

Please contact our friendly Support Agents and share with us:

  • The name of the course that you purchased

  • Your full name and email you used when signing up

  • Your PayPal email address OR the last 4 digits of your card, depending on which one you used

  • A screenshot of the confirmation from your bank
