  1. If the status is delivered but you did not receive it, please get in contact with the mailing company that is stated on the website - this will help resolve the situation faster since you'll be talking directly to the local company which is responsible for your package.

  2. If you didn't receive your order for more than 3 weeks already please contact our customer support by clicking the support icon at the bottom of the page. It would be extremely helpful if you provide us with:

  • The email address you used to make the purchase

  • Order tracking number for your shipment

  • And the name of the program that you ordered
