The program is not for you and you want to ship back the box with the program CDs? That's fine! If you're still within the rebate period, you'll receive your money back (excluding the shipping fee). Just follow the steps below:

1. Ship us back the collection of CDs (find the address below)

  • Include a copy of your receipt or your name, phone number, and email address

  • Make sure that all CDs and any additional materials that came with the box are in the package 

2. Once it's shipped, request for for your money back by filling out the Request Form or contacting our Customer Support. If contacting our support:

  • Indicate clearly which program you wish to return 

  • Put down the shipment tracking number and shippers name within the text box

Note: We will be able to give you your money back only when we receive the above-mentioned information. So have in mind that you will receive your money back only after you receive a confirmation from us that your request has been approved.
