If you noticed a mistake in your shipping address, first, please check if your order has already been shipped. In that case, you should have received a tracking code from us.
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll update the shipping address for you straight away.
However, if the package has already left our warehouse and it's already on the way to the wrong address - we'll have to wait until the package gets back to us and then we'll initiate a reshipment of your order to the correct address (without any extra charges).
In both cases, you just need to contact our customer support as soon as possible by clicking the support icon at the bottom right corner of the screen and we will change the shipping address for you.
Note: Please make sure to clearly indicate the wrong and the correct addresses when you submit an inquiry.
