Thank you for your support and passion for Mindvalley and Mindvalley University. We are going into unprecedented times for our generation and we simply don't know how the world is going to change over the next six months. As the founder of a personal growth company, we take the safety, physical and mental health of our employees AND our community extremely seriously. And we’ve had to make some tough decisions including shutting down our entire seminar business for the next four months from March to June.
We want you to know that the team is working hard behind the scenes to ensure Mindvalley University 2020 in Amsterdam is an unforgettable experience. Fortunately the dates for the event are still beyond four months out (starting mid-July). Furthermore, no travel restrictions have been announced for the city of Amsterdam.
Mindvalley University is still confirmed for July 13 - August 2, 2020, at the Amsterdam Conference Centre in Beurs van Berlage, Amsterdam. We are focused on meeting your needs while also doing our part to keep our employees and communities safe.
Having said that, the world is still unpredictable. As we are still months away from our event, we will continue to monitor before making any major decisions on postponing or canceling Mindvalley University depending on what happens next.
As a reminder, you may request a ticket refund up to 45 days before Mindvalley University begins. Which means you’re safe. You can get a full 100% refund anytime before May 30. We also urge you to keep a close eye on any communication over the next few months as we continue to receive updates that may impact future decisions for Mindvalley University. We are closely monitoring the guidance of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as the city of Amsterdam. Please check our Mindvalley University Facebook page for any updates on the event.
You can also learn more about the coronavirus and specific information for travelers on the official Government of the Netherlands website as well as updates on local cases reported on the GGD Amsterdam website. Furthermore, stay up-to-date with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
Mindvalley is working closely with the city of Amsterdam on health safeguards that will be put in place and we will create simple steps at Mindvalley University to help boost immunity and prevent sickness as best as possible, such as the “no handshake” policy” and rules on sanitizing and safety. We will update you on such efforts as we get closer to the event.
Your confidence in Mindvalley inspires us to deliver a safe and incredible experience. We look forward to welcoming you to Mindvalley University in July.
