Is what I share in this group private?

Yes, this is a “Private Group” so everything you post in this group can only be seen by other members of this group. Your public feed will not show what has been shared here. Only members of this group can see other members content. So it is safe and only for the Tribe.

Framework to use when asking a question?

Ask specific questions about any topic related to the Quest.

  • Ask your question in 90 words or less.

  • Write your question in a way that is clear, concise and easily understood;

  • Make sure your question is related to the Quest content and not simply a request for personal coaching.

  • Frame your question in a way that supports group learning, relating your personal question to what others in the Quest may also be experiencing.

When are the live calls available? 

We usually have calls which are recorded live for each of our Quests when they are first launched, these may be Q&A’s or extra coaching calls. Once the live call is over, the recording will be available within the Quest itself within 48 hours. Check the Quest lesson days and see if there are extra videos underneath your quest lesson. This varies per Quest.

The information about any live event before it happens will be made available and posted in the tribes for you to get the information about dates and time etc.

I have a technical question. Who do I ask?

As this Tribe is meant to be used as a sacred space for learning and growth, let’s keep the focus of the quest material the main purpose. 

You should be able to find answers to most of your questions from our Support Center. And if you still have questions, please contact customer support.

Why are some of my tribes on Facebook and some are in the Mindvalley Platform? 

As we are gradually migrating from using Facebook as the platform for our online  tribes we will have some Quests that have the tribe platform built into our platform for a seamless experience. Until we move each Quest over to this in-house platform we will still have Facebook groups active and alive. 

What will happen to the Facebook Groups now that we have a new platform? 

Eventually the Facebook tribe groups will become inactive in regards to the Quest journey, but they may stay open for general conversation as an alumni group for those who choose to stay in touch this way. 

Do I need a passphrase to get into my new tribe? 

You will have instant and automatic access with your Mindvalley login details, as long as you are logged into your Mindvalley account you will be able to use the platform, so it is a seamless experience. 

However if you do see a request for access button, please request access and the team will grant this within 48 hours. This is a technical error that the team is working on to fix. If this has been more than 48 hours, please contact Customer Support for assistance and provide the name of the Quest that you are doing.

Why am I still in the Facebook group tribe and not the Mindvalley tribe platform? 

If you are still being directed to the facebook group and you can’t access the Mindvalley tribe platform then you will need to update your start date and start the quest again in order to activate your new tribe. Alternatively this has not yet been released for your Quest yet.
