If you purchased your subscription through the Soulvana App or signed up for a free trial

Important note: After the 7-day free trial is over, Apple and Google are not bound to refund your purchases.

Please note that if you purchased your Soulvana subscription through the Soulvana App, our team does not have the ability to process your refunds since all in-App purchases are processed through your App store, and only Apple or Google teams can process these refund. We also do not have the ability to request a refund in your name through Apple or Google. Only you can do so through your Apple or Google account.

To request a refund through Apple or Google, please follow the steps below:

Apple users (iPhone, iPad)

Here's how to request a refund for an App Store purchase:

  1. Visit

  2. Log in with your Apple ID

  3. Find Soulvana in your Purchases list

  4. Click on "Report a Problem"

  5. In the Choose Problem drop down, select "Didn't mean to purchase this item"

  6. Apple should process the refund within 48 hours.

Google Play Store users (Android phones and tablets)

Here's how to request a refund for a Google Play purchase:

  1. Open in your web browser (e.g. Chrome, Safari, etc)

  2. Scroll down to "Order History" and find the order you want to return. If you don't see the order listed, you may have bought it on a different Google Account. Find out how to switch accounts.

  3. To the right of the order, click More .

  4. Select "Request a refund" or "Report a problem' and choose the option that describes your situation.

  5. Complete the form and note that you would like a refund.

  6. You will see a confirmation message. You'll then get an email with your refund decision. You’ll usually get this within 15 minutes, but it can take up to two business days.

If you purchased the subscription online, using a checkout page

Purchasing the subscription online gives you a 15-day refund policy. You can contact us within this time period to receive your money back.
