Soulvana App subscription purchased in-App
All in-App subscription cancellation and refund requests must be initiated by the customer on the platform that they used to purchase the Subscription (Google or App Store)
Here's how you can easily cancel your free trial or subscription:
If you're an Apple user, please follow simple instructions on this page.
If your phone or tablet runs on Android, please follow follow simple instructions on this page.
If you cancel your subscription, you will still be able to browse all programs inside the Soulvana app, however you won't be able to access and use them until you sign up for a new subscription.
Soulvana App subscription purchased online/through a browser
In order to cancel your Soulvana subscription that you purchased online, please log in to your Mindvalley account at home.mindvalley.com with the email that you used to purchase the subscription. You can cancel your subscription by going to the billing section (to get there please click the Profile icon in the top right corner - My Account - Billing) of your account and clicking "Cancel Subscription".
