We take into account your answers in the form, your Lifebook categories, DISC personality and ideal time indicated to be coached. This is calculated and compared with our top Coaches and the rest of the Coachees. The output are creations of ‘special groups’ in mastermind format, which are measured to have the highest synergy likelihood as possible.
Why? You are shown to have the same or similar goals, challenges, dreams, types of personality… So what? Amazing! This is one of our ways to ensure you feel connected to your Coach, and the more understood and inspired you feel going together through similar journeys alongside your peers. This is why you and your peers are called ‘Growth Partners’.
Scheduling, cancellations, rescheduling, missing
How and when will the calls be scheduled?
Once you are matched, your Coach or our Scheduling Champion will send you the Calendly link to book the 1-on-1 Coaching calls with your Coach.
Please book your slot as soon as possible and ideally for the following months too.
Booking ahead for the next 12 months is strongly recommended and of benefit for yourself and the Coach. Plans change, hence you may reschedule in case it appears to not be possible up to 2 weeks before; more on this below.
Regarding the group call with your Coach, please indicate your booking within the offered slot so it shows that you are confirmed.
Per month:
1 x 1-hour one-on-one call
1 x 1-hour Group call with your Coach,
1 x 1-hour Group call with Vishen.
What if I miss a group call with my Coach?
Please inform your Coach beforehand. The Group Call recording shall be shared afterward.
What if I cannot make a 1-on-1 coaching call with my Coach?
You are allowed to reschedule any 1-on-1 coaching call 2 weeks in advance, and it is allowed to reschedule one 1-on-1 coaching call ‘last minute’ up to 48 hours before the original date. The https://mindvalley.com/coaching

How can I reschedule with my Coach?

What if I miss a group call with Vishen?
Remember why you choose this coaching Program: to transform yourself. It needs you in order to truly change your life, your beliefs, your habits. If there is no way around then missing it, the recording will be shared afterward too in an email/in the folder (which will be indicated) to watch on your own time.
