If you have registered an email address with us and wish to change it to continue to have access to your Account, you can do so via your account using web or the Mindvalley App.
Here's a step-by-step guide on how to submit a request from your Mindvalley account:
1. Log into your Mindvalley Account.
2. Go to your profile picture click on "My Account". It will direct you to your profile page.
Click on "Settings" scroll down the page and go to "Change information request" click on "Request change" as shown below.
Once you have added the information you wish to change or update, click on "Submit" a pop up will appear to verify you as a user. You will need to check your email and click on the link to prove your identity. This is primarily for security purposes and to validate that you as the true owner. In case, you can't find the email sent from us, please check your spam folder.
