Our programs, Mindvalley Certified Business Coach and Mindvalley Certified Life Coach are independently accredited by the two leading organizational bodies in the world of coaching - International Coaching Federation (ICF) and European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) demonstrating their quality, academic relevance, and excellence.

The Mindvalley Certified Holobody Coach certification is accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

What is ICF?

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) is the leading global organization for coaches and coaching. ICF is dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards, providing independent certification, and building a worldwide network of trained coaching professionals.

What is EMCC?

EMCC is the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

It exists to develop, promote, and set the expectation of best practices in mentoring, coaching, and supervision globally for the benefit of society. Their vision is to be the ‘go to’ body in mentoring, coaching, and supervision.

The EMCC is made up of delegates from each of the following affiliated EMCCs – Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, and the Asia Pacific Region.

As of 31 December 2021, EMCC has 10,000+ members across 26 Affiliated Countries/Regions and 85 countries.

IAPCP Accreditation for Mindvalley Certified Hypnotherapist:

The accreditation for the Mindvalley Certified Hypnotherapist course is currently with the International Alliance of Professional Complementary Practitioners or IAPCP.

The IAPCP is a collaborative alliance of international, established, and highly experienced training organizations and individuals, including psychotherapists, trainers, doctors, and experts currently focused on the fields of NLP and Hypnotherapy.

The IAPCP is a new initiative dedicated to supporting complementary professionals to make their work mainstream and accessible to the public. There is a focus on evidence-based research, best practices, guidelines, professional codes of conduct, ongoing supervision, and CPD support as well as being a “go-to” resource hub for Practitioners.

An assessment board carries out a rigorous process for accrediting training institutes and individuals, as well as a vetting process to ensure that all IAPCP member applications are checked and verified for authenticity.

All qualified Mindvalley Certified Hypnotherapists will be given the chance to enroll to access the resources at www.iapcp.org as Lifelong Learners.

What does this mean for you as a graduate?

EMCC Credentials

Certified Business Coach has been accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council at the Practitioner Level.

Students who complete this certification can apply to be officially accredited by EMCC and receive the EMCC Global Individual Accreditation (EIA) under their name.

The EIA is relevant for anyone involved in mentoring/coaching, whether it is just one part of the role or the main function. You can apply for accreditation at the Practitioner level or below (Foundation level) depending on the number of coaching hours you have completed as below:

i) 'Foundation level EIA' (50 hours and at least 1 yr prior experience) or

ii) 'Practitioner level EIA' (100 hours and at least 3 years prior experience)

Regulation of Clinical Hypnotherapy Around the World:

Hypnotherapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy are for most parts of the world unregulated, and therefore self-regulated, the same as for coaching and many other complementary practices. Meaning anyone can (and do) award certifications and give accreditation. Therefore, not all certifications or accreditations are equal, and it should be noted that the most valuable certification and accreditation any student on the course can have is that they are certified by Mindvalley and by Paul McKenna.

The ability to operate as a Certified Hypnotherapist varies around the world. Some regions require anyone practicing Hypnotherapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy to also be a medical practitioner, the ability to operate locally is something that students need to do due diligence for themselves.

Students receive certification from Mindvalley by completing the course and meeting the minimal study and practice requirements as laid out in the introduction lessons.
