1. When should I arrive?

Mindvalley Live in Paris will take place on November 12-13, 2022. Registration starts at 9 AM on Saturday, November 12th. The main program starts at Saturday about 10 AM and ends around 6 PM, followed by a party from 9 PM until 1 AM. The event will go from 10 AM until 6 PM on Sunday. Please note that timings are subject to change and the full agenda will be announced soon.

2. Where is the event taking place in Paris?

Mindvalley Live Paris will take place at Salons de l’Aveyron in Paris Bercy (17 Rue de l’Aubrac). It’s a conference centre in Paris Bercy area, an entertainment district with shops and restaurants in former wine warehouses. The party on Saturday evening will take place in another venue in Paris that will be announced soon.

3. Where are the attendees staying?

In case you’re not from Paris, we recommend booking a hotel in Bercy area. Here are some recommendations:

4. What should I bring with me?

Please bring with you a refillable water bottle, and your ID as we may need to verify your ticket during registration. The most important thing is that you bring a positive attitude and the willingness to learn, grow, and have a lot of fun!

5. What are the current COVID-19-related regulations in France for attending Mindvalley Live in Paris?

The safety of Mindvalley attendees is at the top of our priorities and commitments. We are constantly checking Paris COVID-19 community levels to ensure that we create a beautiful and safe environment for all.

If you had close contact with someone with COVID-19 but you are up to date with your COVID-19 vaccines and have tested negative, you do not need to quarantine.

Since 14 March 2022, the “vaccine pass” has been lifted in France in all areas where it was previously required (cultural and leisure venues, commercial catering, professional trade shows, etc.). Similarly, the COVID certificate is no longer required as of 1 August 2022.

6. What is included in the cost of my ticket?

Your ticket includes a 2 days-packed with incredible content and an epic party on Saturday evening. In addition, you will have the opportunity to meet Mindvalley’s global community of like-minded individuals coming together to connect, learn and celebrate. get your ticket here

7. What is NOT included in the cost of my ticket?

Flights, hotel accommodation, and meals are not included in the ticket price. After purchasing your event ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information you need.

6. Can I buy the ticket at the door?

The Mindvalley Live in Paris event has limited seating and we strongly suggest reserving your ticket as soon as possible. We can not guarantee availability on the day of the event. get your ticket here

7. Can I buy a ticket if I’m not a Mindvalley Member?

Yes, absolutely! Together with purchasing your event ticket, you will receive a 1 month of Mindvalley Membership for free.

8. What qualifies customers to purchase a Members' tickets ?

All customers who purchased a ticket as Mindvalley members must have an active Mindvalley Membership subscription or an active Evercoach Membership Subscription.


9. What is the refund policy if I can’t attend?

If you’ve purchased a ticket to Mindvalley Live in Paris 2022, a full refund of the event ticket can be granted up to 10 days before the start date of the event.

Any requests for refund past the deadline will not be granted.

You can also transfer your ticket to another Mindvalley member up to one week before the start of the event. To transfer your ticket to another Mindvalley member, please send an email to events@mindvalleysupport.com

Please note that any requests past the deadlines mentioned will not be granted.

10. What will be the language of the event?

The event will be in in English and the speakers will also deliver content in English. but all the sessions will be translated to French simultaneously.


11. How much VAT will be charged?

An additional charge of 20% VAT (according to the EU tax laws) will be added to your ticket purchase at checkout.
