1. What is included in the ticket price?

Your ticket includes a 2 days-packed with incredible content. In addition, you will have the opportunity to meet Mindvalley’s global community of like-minded individuals coming together to connect, learn and celebrate. check here for more information.

2. What is NOT included in the ticket price?

Flights, hotel accommodation, and meals are not included in the ticket price. After purchasing your event ticket, you will receive a confirmation email with all the information you need. Food and beverages will be available for purchase at the venue.

3. Can I buy a ticket if I’m not a Mindvalley Member?

Yes, absolutely! Together with purchasing your event ticket, you will receive a 1 month of Mindvalley Membership for free. check here for more information.

​4. What qualifies customers to purchase a Members' tickets ?

All customers who purchased a ticket as Mindvalley members must have an active Mindvalley Membership subscription or an active Evercoach Membership Subscription.

5. Can I buy the ticket at the door?

The Mindvalley Live event has limited seating and we strongly suggest reserving your ticket as soon as possible. We can not guarantee availability on the day of the event. check here for more information.

6. What is the refund policy if I can’t attend?

Our refund policy is flexible. Full refunds are available up to 45 days before the start date of the event (Jan 11, 2023). Please request the refund by filling out the official form here. If you have any questions about the form or refunds, you can email us at events@mindvalleysupport.com.

For any last-minute changes in travel plans due to Covid-19, tickets can be transferred to the next Mindvalley University up to 7 days before the event.

7. What should I bring with me?

Please bring with you a notebook and a pen, a refillable water bottle, and your ID as we may need to verify your ticket during registration. The most important thing is that you bring a positive attitude and the willingness to learn, grow, and have a lot of fun!

8. What are the COVID-19 travel updates & entry requirements?

The safety of Mindvalley attendees is our priority. We are constantly revising COVID-19 levels to ensure every one of our community members is in a safe environment and no one’s health is potentially compromised.

​9. When should I arrive?

Mindvalley Live will take place in Dubai in 2023. Registration will start at 8 AM. The main program starts at about 10 AM and ends around 7 PM. Please note that timings are subject to change and the full agenda will be announced soon.

11. Which airport should I fly into?

The major airport is called Dubai International Airport (DXB), located about 15-min drive from the hotels in Festival City, including the Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn.

12. Is there parking at the venue?

Complimentary parking lots will be available at the venue.

13. What can I expect at Mindvalley Live in Dubai 2023?

This will be a weekend of learning, celebration, and transformation at Mindvalley Live Dubai. We’re bringing together amazing speakers and, of course, our global community of change-makers attending from 60+ countries. Expect to meet like-minded souls, connect deeply, and have tons of fun.
