What airport should I fly into?
Fly into Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) in Jordan. The airport is located around 45 minutes from Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa where A-Fest will take place. Information about booking your ground transportation will be shared with you in the leadup to the event.
How can I get a visa for Jordan?
Jordan issues tourist visas upon arrival to tourists from over 130 countries, saving you the trouble of applying for a visa at an embassy. This visa will cost a 40JOD (around $56USD). If your country is not included in this list, you will be able to obtain a visa either online, or through the embassy. Please contact the Jordanian Embassy in your country of residence to get accurate information. Click here to see if your country is eligible for a visa upon entry.Your passport should be valid for at least six months and must remain valid for at least six months after your entry into Jordan. One blank page is required for your entry stamp.

When should I fly in and out?
A-Fest is a jam-packed four days of learning, growth and bonding, taking place Thursday, May 19 to Sun, May 22, 2022.
Arrive >>> There will be complimentary pre-event tribe facilitation taking place in the afternoon of Wednesday, May 18, and a Welcome Mingler in the evening. If you’re interested in attending the pre-event activity, we recommend checking in on Tuesday, May 17, or on the morning of Wednesday, May 18.
The main program of A-Fest will kick off on the morning of Thursday, May 19.
Depart >>> Every A-Fest ends with a special closing event on the final evening that you don’t want to miss, so we strongly advise not checking out before Monday, May 23. Also, on Monday (May 23), we will host an Optional Tribe Connection Afternoon which is a great opportunity for more bonding with your new tribe.

How can I book a room at the hotel?
A-Fest Jordan will take place at Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa in Jordan, where all attendees will stay. We have negotiated a discounted group rate starting at $160USD for a single room, $175USD for a double room (inclusive of breakfast, Wi-Fi, and taxes).
We will send you information on how to book your room at the special discounted rate after you have purchased your A-Fest ticket.
As you might wish to take advantage of your time abroad, and spend a few extra days in the area, the special group rate is valid for the 3 days prior to A-Fest and 3 days after the event. Rooms booked after our room block sells out may be reserved at a higher rate per night and are subject to availability.
What food & beverages will be covered by A-Fest?
Your room at the Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa your room is inclusive of breakfast, Wi-Fi and all taxes. A-Fest will cover 4 buffet lunches during the official days of A-Fest (Thursday, May 19 - Sunday, May 22) and 1 dinner (Thursday, May 19), and will also provide snacks & beverages during some of the evening events during the main program.
On all other evenings you can eat at any of the restaurants at Dead Sea Marriott Resort and pay based on consumption.
Are there any facilities at the hotel for kids?
The Dead Sea Marriott Resort & Spa has family rooms, outdoor playground, a kids club and a a swimming pool for kids. The kids club “Jungle” is an indoor kids play area with online gaming, Xbox, table tennis and more, open daily at 12:00PM to 8:30PM. Please note that children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Is there Wi-Fi at the hotel?
Wi-Fi is provided complimentary for the A-Fest group in rooms and throughout the hotel.
