Kristina's new book, "Becoming Flawesome," is finally available and will walk you through the process of living an imperfectly authentic life. The book will be released on June 13th, 2023.

Her book focuses on three main points:

1. The 'Hermione Syndrome,' and how to diagnose it in a healthy way.

2. The difference between self-care and self-love, and why you need both.

3. Emotional literacy: how to deal with intense, painful emotions in a healthy way.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Where can I buy Becoming Flawesome?

The book is available at any of your favourite bookstores, as well as on Amazon.

2. Is Becoming Flawesome refundable?

No, we don't handle returns; please see the provider's refund policy for Becoming Flawesome, but we have a feeling you won't want to return it.

3. Who is Becoming Flawesome for?

Becoming Flawesome is for any human living on planet earth who is ready to connect to who they truly are and live unashamedly by their own rules.

4. What ages is Becoming Flawesome suitable for?

Becoming Flawesome contains nothing offensive, violent, or inappropriate. We recommend that readers be at least 13 years old before reading to ensure maximum comprehension and results.

5. Is Becoming Flawesome fiction or non-fiction?

Becoming Flawesome is a non-fiction book with plenty of facts, stats and figures, as well as real, living breathing characters with authentic stories.

6. Is Becoming Flawesome a self-help book?

Both yes and no. Will it be beneficial? Absolutely. Whether you want to improve your emotional landscape, self-confidence, relationships, or career, this book is both informative and inspirational, with many anecdotes and philosophical exploration.

7. Can I get the book with Kristina‘s signature?

Some brick and mortar bookstores in the United States will sell signed copies of the book, but this will be an exception because we will need to fly Kristina across the Atlantic, sit her down, and patiently wait for each handwritten signature.

However, we are planning a series of book signing events across the United States in June and July 2023. So there you have it! Outside of the United States, you can have your book signed at Mindvalley events.

8. What‘s the volume of the book?

The book is 300 pages long, including all of the introductions, thank-yous, footnotes, and endorsements. If you sat down and read the book cover to cover in one sitting, it would take two working days, or perhaps three at a more leisurely pace. However, the book includes questions, reflection opportunities, and exercises.

These reflective pauses are necessary for the book to sink in and for your transformation to occur. If you want to get the most out of reading the book, read it slowly. You'd never rush through something valuable.

9. Is this book similar to any of Kristina‘s Mindvalley quests?

Kristina's most recent programs, "10 Questions for Self-Love" and "From Awesome to Flawesome" were created specifically to go with the book. They are both about self-love and accepting one's flaws, but their approaches and formats are quite different. Some topics are covered in greater detail in the quests, while others are covered in the book.

The three are complementary and were designed in such a way that they support each other. We anticipated that many of you would want all three. Kristina's earlier quests are quite (completely) different from the book.
