When is the event happening?

Friday to Sunday from 9AM-7PM GMT (Registration opens at 8AM on Friday. Please be on time to collect the event kit to enter the auditorium)

What’s included in your ticket:

The regular in-person tickets

include 3 days of content and training and all the learning materials that will be distributed at the event. Meals and beverages are not included, click here

The VIP in-person tickets

3 days of content and training, all the learning materials that will be distributed at the event, and a dedicated desk in the front rows of the auditorium. In addition, you’re invited to a Meet & Greet with speakers on Sunday over light lunch. We will also provide you with 2 bottles of water each day. All the other meals and beverages are not included.

The virtual tickets include 3 days of 3 days of content and training via Zoom and all the materials in digital format. Recordings are not included. click here

Ticket Transfer Policy:

Your ticket is non-refundable. In case your plans change, you have the following options to choose from.

You can transfer your ticket to someone else by following these simple steps:

  • The person who purchased the ticket has to open the confirmation email from Mindvalley Events, and select ‘Manage registration’ next to the attendee’s name. You’ll be able to transfer the purchase to someone else after selecting ‘Transfer registration’ and updating the details of the new person who will join the event.

  • The change of the name needs to be completed at least 24 hours before the start of the event (by Nov 16).

  • If you’d like to change your virtual access to an in-person ticket, please fill out this form here at least 1 week before the event starts (by November 10, 2023) and you will receive the ticket via email (only if the event is not sold out by then).

  • You can change your in-person ticket to virtual access and join event online on Zoom. Please fill out this form here at least 24 hours before the event starts (by November 16, 2023) and you will receive the Zoom link via email for joining the event virtually.

We stand so strongly by this guarantee that if you're not at all satisfied by the content delivered on day 1 of the summit, you can ask for a 100% refund on your ticket:

  • Tickets are not refundable before the event.

  • If you’re attending the event either in person or online, and are not satisfied with the content, you can submit a refund request using this form here on the first day of the event, November 17th.

  • Refund requests submitted after the 17th November will not be accepted.

How to access the ICC Auditorium at ExCel London?

As you arrive at ExCeL London, follow the signs directing you towards the ICC Auditorium. ExCeL London is a large venue, so be sure to keep an eye out for the event signage. The ICC Auditorium is located on the East side of the venue.

Where to stay?

There are a variety of accommodation options available to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay during the summit. You can stay at on-site hotels which are just a short walk away from the ICC Auditorium or at nearby hotels in Canary Wharf that are just a few stops away via Elizabeth line metro. When does the registration open?

The registration opens at 8AM on Friday November 17th. Upon reaching the ICC Auditorium area, you'll find designated registration counters on Level 1 Boulevard. Please have your event tickets ready for a seamless check-in process. Our friendly staff will be on hand to assist you and answer any questions.

Where to eat during the event?

There are 27 food outlets available inside the venue for something to eat and drink, ranging from coffee shops to Italian and Middle Eastern cuisine. You can find more information about the restaurants and their opening times from HERE.

Is the venue accessible for everyone?

ExCeL London and Mindvalley are committed to providing a comfortable experience for all attendees. If you require any accessibility accommodations, such as wheelchair access or assistance for individuals with limited mobility, please inform our staff during check-in, and they will be happy to assist you. Is there parking available?

There are more than 1,800 parking spaces available on a first come, first served basis, using pay and display. The daily rate for using these car parks is normally between £15 and £20. We recommend parking in Zone 8 or 9 as they are closest to the ICC Auditorium, please find the MAP HERE.

Are there cloakrooms available?

Venue cloakrooms are open during event hours and are free of charge. The cloakrooms are located on level 0 of ICC Auditorium. You can use them after you have successfully registered for the event on Level 1 of the Boulevard. Please note we are unable to store any items overnight and cameras, laptop equipment or any other electronic devices cannot be stored in the cloakroom at any time.

What’s the agenda of the event?

The event will start at 9am and will end approximately at 7 pm London time, from Friday to Sunday. During these days, we will cover 4 main blocks: the psychology of money, how to invest in real estate, how to automate your business and how the best trading strategies, click here .

Can individual and corporate customers get a VAT refund?

Individual customers: These customers will not be able to get VAT refund from their purchase of event tickets. This is mainly because VAT is a “customer” tax.

Moreover, tax-free sales in the EU only relate to goods/products and not to services received in the EU. Mindvalley events are categorized as ‘sales of services’.

Corporate customers: VAT refunds eligibility for corporations depend on their country taxation laws, policies, their residence status amongst many other rules that apply towards VAT refund and processing. Several websites such as this act as a good reference check on the process. We also recommend checking with your local tax authorities and familiarising yourself with the VAT refund process or checking with your finance representative for the same.

Event recordings:

The link with the recordings of the event will be shared via email 1 week after the event. The recordings will be accessible on the Mindvalley platform for 3 months.
