The Be Extraordinary for Teens program features 10 daily micro-episodes designed to elevate you into your best self. 

In just 15 minutes or less per day, each episode guides you through a series of tutorials and exercises that unlock your hidden superpowers - like deep self-awareness, freedom from negative emotions, and the confidence and determination to achieve anything you can imagine.

What age group is the program suitable for?

The program is most suitable for teens of any age, right up to senior level. Most pre-teens should also be able to follow along and benefit.

Can I complete the program at my own pace?

Mindvalley programs are designed to be experienced through daily micro-learning, and as a community - but it’s perfectly fine to also study the curriculum at your own pace.

And yes, if you get busy on some days, it’s okay to pick up where you left off. What’s most important is your commitment and consistency in completing the entire process. When you enroll in any program the lessons are available to you for life. So take your time.

What if I can't start on the class start date?

Yes, you can start the program at a later date. Each program starts multiple times a month. Once you enroll you can choose any class start date and see the numbers of students enrolled in that particular class. You can also retake any class anytime.

Do I have to do the lessons at the same time every day?

While we do believe that practicing anything at the same time every day helps in instilling a habit, especially when you’re learning a new skill, it is NOT necessary.

Although we do recommend it, we understand that life can sometimes throw you a curveball and you may not be able to do the lesson as you originally planned.

And so it’s perfectly fine if you need to do the lessons at different times, or even miss some days and catch up later. What’s important is that you stay as consistent as you can, and follow the entire process from start to finish, at your own pace.

I signed up for Be Extraordinary for Teens, where is my program? 

Once you sign up for Be Extraordinary for Teens, you will receive an email confirmation with your login details. Please check your spam folder for this. 

Once you receive your login details you will need to enroll in your Quest to choose a date to begin. 

Please follow these simple steps below:

  1. Go to the Programs tab

  2. Go to the Available Programs section.

  3. Find your Program and click on it

  4. Click on Enroll

  5. Choose your starting date and enroll

  6. That's it! You’re ready to go!

I signed up with my email address but I would like to move this to my teen's email/ Mindvalley account. 

To move Be Extraordinary over to your teen's account please contact us at Customer Support by clicking on the chat icon in the lower right corner. 

Please send us the email address that you signed up with and the email address where you would like us to move this to. We will create an account for your teen if they do not have one. 

How do I access my tribe and community? 

All groups are optional to join, meaning you can enjoy your Quest without the Facebook group, but if you'd like to participate in the community, share and get help you should have a Facebook account and join the online Facebook group.

Each group is password protected. To get into the group enter the passphrase which will appear in your Mindvalley account on the web or app.

Instructions

  1. Click on your Quest to open to the main page. You will see a community tab on the bottom right hand side. 

  2. Click this to see the pop-up with your link and passphrase.
